1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using IDGEN PRODUCTS software ("Software"), website ("Site"), or any related services ("Services"), you ("User" or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Software or Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IDGEN PRODUCTS ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software or Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. License Grant

Subject to payment of the applicable subscription fee and compliance with these Terms, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Install and use the Software on Windows-compatible devices owned or controlled by you.
• Use the Software solely for lawful business purposes, including printing ID cards for your organization.
• Access the web administration portal associated with your subscription plan.

This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software or Services.

3. Subscription & Payment

Access to certain features requires a valid subscription. The following applies to all subscriptions:

• Monthly Plan: Billed on a recurring monthly basis. Automatically renews unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Yearly Plan: Billed annually. Automatically renews unless cancelled at least 7 days before renewal.
• Lifetime Plan: One-time payment granting permanent access. No recurring charges.

All prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may be subject to applicable taxes. The Company reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

Payments are processed through Razorpay, a secure third-party payment processor. The Company does not store credit card information on its servers. If you provide a valid GSTIN at checkout, applicable GST is calculated on your purchase and a GST-compliant tax invoice is issued to you.

4. Physical Product Orders & Shipping

In addition to software subscriptions, we sell physical products (such as ID card printers, PVC cards, ribbons, and related accessories) through our online store. The following applies to all physical product orders:

• Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS with your order details.
• Pricing & Availability: Prices, stock availability, and minimum/maximum order quantities are as displayed on the product page at the time of purchase and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Shipping: Orders are shipped to the billing and/or shipping address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, location, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Order Tracking: Once your order ships, tracking information (courier name and tracking number) will be shared with you where available.
• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage to a product passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
• Order Cancellation: Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Contact our support team as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

5. Refund & Returns Policy

Software Subscriptions & License Purchases

We offer a 7-day refund policy applicable to first-time subscription purchases only, subject to the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial purchase date.
• The refund request must be accompanied by a valid technical reason that our support team was unable to resolve.
• Refunds are not available for Lifetime Plans after the license key has been activated.
• Renewal payments are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

Physical Product Orders

For physical products purchased through our store, the following return conditions apply:

• Returns or replacements are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.
• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, with photo or video evidence of the issue, by contacting our support team.
• Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation.
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund or replacement is processed within 7–14 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item shipped).

To request a refund or return, contact our support team at contact@idgenproducts.com with your order ID and the reason for the request.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Software or Services to:

• Create, print, or distribute fraudulent, forged, or deceptive identity documents.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices within the Software.
• Use automated means, bots, or scripts to access the web portal in an unauthorized manner.
• Share your license key or account credentials with unauthorized third parties.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or related infrastructure.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Software, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, logos, source code, design, and documentation, are owned by IDGEN PRODUCTS and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited license to use the Software — it does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you. Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide may be used by us without any obligation or compensation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software and Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• Warranties that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
• Warranties as to the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall IDGEN PRODUCTS, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

In all cases, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Software and Services at any time, with or without notice, if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms.
• Fail to pay applicable subscription fees.
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

Upon termination, your license to use the Software will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
